Marty's Bio

I am a retired educator having taught 30 years in Missouri public schools. I began my teaching career at Fox School District , Arnold , Missouri in 1967 where I taught for two years before being employed by Pattonville School District, St. Ann, Missouri. I taught students in the first and second grades and retired in 1997. I served on numerous curriculum committees including Math, Language Arts, and Social Studies. I was an active member of the local and state organizations affiliated with the National Education Association serving as delegate to Missouri NEA Representative Assembly and to the National Education Association Representative Assembly. I also served as Membership co-chair and Political Action Committee co-chair at the local level. I was a member of the Parent Teacher Association.

My husband, Glenn, and I have been residents of Chesterfield since 1986. Glenn retired in 1996 from Kirkwood School District . |
